Matt and Fred were pleased to help Fore Investors, LLC lease space to "Uptown Tots" for a children's clothing store at 110 Main Street in Cedar Falls. Plans are to open their doors Fall 2013. The property located on Cedar Falls' award winning Main Street boasts exposed brick walls, high ceilings, hardwood floors and front and rear entrances both with parking. Congratulations!

441 E. Tower Park has a new owner. Matt and Fred were pleased to represent both sides of the sale (Fazwat, LLC was the seller). Opening soon (Fall 2013) in the former Fazoli's, is Chilitos Mexican Bar and Grill an authentic Mexican restaurant. Congratulations to both parties!
