Matt and Fred successfully negotiated a lease for Dr. Kiley Zimmerman’s Upper Cervical Chiropractic Office at 7504 ½ University Avenue in Cedar Falls. They plan to be open for business March 1, 2013 and are accepting new patients.

5529 Nordic Drive

Carrier Enterprise completed a lease extension for the 22,800 SF building at 5529 Nordic Drive in the Cedar Falls Industrial Park. The building has high ceilings, four 8x10 dock doors and one 12x14 drive in door. It serves as a distribution warehouse for HVAC equipment.

Wasendorf Property Updates

UPDATE: The Cedar Falls Times recently released this story on the Wasendorf Properties. We have been working hard on the former Wasendorf properties and are excited to announce the following updates. The second of the five Wasendorf Properties, 5729 Westminster Drive in Cedar Falls is set to close in mid-February after an auction was held at the end of 2012. Also, the former PFG corporate residence of 4008 Pheasant Drive in Cedar Falls has accepted an offer that will close in early February.
