More Development in the Cedar Valley

The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier reported two recent new developments in the commercial real estate market.

Evansdale has plans for a new business park near the Elk Run exit along US HWY 20. To start the development Midwest CNC with build a 14,600 SF manufacturing facility. Matt and Fred were happy to represent AME, Inc. (Agricultural Machine Exchange) in acquiring the former Dodger Industries facility and adjoining 10 acres of ground owned by the City of Eldora Industrial Development Group.





Former Dodger Industries facility with 55,250 total SF sits on 3.46 Acres in the Eldora industrial park. The building features 9,800 SF of office, new roof in 2009/2010, six loading docks, and a drive-in door. The building was built in 1973 with addition in 1982 and is zoned M-1 Light Industrial.
