The PIPAC Centre on the Lake, built in 2003 by Greg and LeaAnn Saul, is for sale. Did you know Cedar Falls is the largest city in the United States without a Burger King? Until now. Matt and Fred were pleased to work with the second largest fast food hamburger chain in the world to secure a location at 6719 University Avenue in front of College Square. Burger King will begin work on the location immediately with an expected opening of November, 2013. Hold on to your seats for just a little longer Cedar Falls, it won't be long until you can sink your teeth into a juicy Whopper!

We are pleased to have represented Cabin Coffee, a new Midwest franchise with five current locations. Cabin Coffee is excited about their new south Waterloo location at Kimball Avenue and Ridgeway Avenue. This location is ideal for their high residential demographics; proximity to West High School and Hoover Middle School on a powerful corner. We were able to secure a long-term lease with the landlord providing a new standalone building with drive-thru for them. The coffee shop opened in December 2010.


Hibachi Sushi Buffet, Waterloo, IA

We are pleased to have collaborated with Gerald Schoenfelder Trust and Eastern HSB, Inc. in the long-term lease of the former Old Country Buffet building at the Crossroads Shopping Center. Eastern HSB, Inc., doing business as Hibachi Sushi Buffet, occupies 7,752 sq. ft. of standalone restaurant space. Hibachi Sushi Buffet opened early November 2010.
