For more than 50 years, 820 W. 5th Street was home to the Waterloo staple, Johnson's Bakery. The doors officially closed on the long standing bakery in the summer of 2013. We are excited to announce the sale of the Fifth Street property. Matt and Fred were pleased to represent both the seller, Johnson's Bakery, Inc. and Overland Group, the buyer of the property. were pleased to work with Veridian Credit Union on their purchase of 6525 Chancellor Drive in the Cedar Falls Industrial and Technology Park . Veridian will use the new location as the office for approximately 150 members of their current staff. They intend to occupy the space in
early 2014 after the completion of renovations. We would like to congratulate Veridian on their newest location!

Matt Miehe recognized as a Top Member for Jaycees
This October, Matt along with four other members of the Cedar Valley Jaycees were recognized as top performers during the fall all-state Jaycees convention.
Matt has been a member of the Cedar Valley Jaycees since 2008. He has participated in various events including Iowa's largest professional golf tournament, the Waterloo Open. In 2013, Matt focused on securing new sponsorships to support the annual golf event and was recognized as a Top Member of the Jaycess for his efforts. We congratulate Matt on this honor!
