More Development in the Cedar Valley

The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier reported two recent new developments in the commercial real estate market.

Evansdale has plans for a new business park near the Elk Run exit along US HWY 20. To start the development Midwest CNC with build a 14,600 SF manufacturing facility.
