Matt and Fred were pleased to work with both the buyer (Comprehensive Systems, Inc) and the seller (DDS Properties, LLC) on 5714 Nordic Drive in the Cedar Falls Industrial and Technology Park. Located between Highway 58 and Nordic Dr. next to the AmericInn Hotel, the property is a mix of office and warehouse space.
Comprehensive Systems is a privately funded, non-profit that has been in action for more than 40 years. They support more than 300 people with special needs through a variety of services. They will consolidate from their current two facilities in the industrial park to this one. Comp Systems will occupy 24,000 SF of the over 31,000 SF building.
