Matt and Fred were happy to represent AME, Inc. (Agricultural Machine Exchange) in acquiring the former Dodger Industries facility and adjoining 10 acres of ground owned by the City of Eldora Industrial Development Group.
Former Dodger Industries facility with 55,250 total SF sits on 3.46 Acres in the Eldora industrial park. The building features 9,800 SF of office, new roof in 2009/2010, six loading docks, and a drive-in door. The building was built in 1973 with addition in 1982 and is zoned M-1 Light Industrial.

Scheel's Sporting Good New Addtion at Viking Plaza
Scheel's Sporting Goods announced November 22nd that they will be leaving both Crossroads Mall in Waterloo and College Square Mall in Cedar Falls to a soon to be built 100,000 sq. ft. store at Viking Plaza next to the new Target store in Cedar Falls.
