Matt and Fred were pleased to work with Thorp Family Fun on completing a lease agreement for 2720 Lackland Drive in Waterloo. With 12,500SF the new location for Thorp Family Fun is quite the expansion from their prior 2,500SF location. The company specializes in celebrating whether a child's birthday or corporate function. Lots 2 & 3, E. Viking Plaza
We are happy to announce a recent closing at East Viking Plaza. Yesterday, University of Iowa Community Credit Union completed the process in obtaining Lots 2 & 3 of East Viking Plaza. This is the third location in the Cedar Valley for UICCU - the University/Cedar Heights location is currently under construction and another branch will be built in the Country Club Business Center in the near future.
