We have been working hard on the former Wasendorf properties and are excited to announce the following updates. The second of the five Wasendorf Properties, 5729 Westminster Drive in Cedar Falls is set to close in mid-February after an auction was held at the end of 2012. Also, the former PFG corporate residence of 4008 Pheasant Drive in Cedar Falls has accepted an offer that will close in early February.
